How long do the project take?
Frankie & Keny Remodeling, Inc. works to complete projects as quickly as possible as, typically much faster than our competition. We will work diligently to explain how long the project is going to take, we will also try to minimize the disruption to you and your family while things are in progress.
I have some general remodeling ideas; can you help me establish which ideas will work best for my situation?
Yes. Our team member meets with you to discuss all of the options that might be available and helps to guide you on what will work best for your situation.
Do you provide clean-up and debris removal upon completion of a remodeling job?
Yes. We also make special efforts to minimize our foot print both during and after completing our remodeling work, so you can better enjoy the remodeling process and its rewards.
Will we be able to live and function in our home?
As we endeavor to protect your existing home (the parts not being remodeled), we will use plastic, tarps and other items to cover up these areas. This can include furniture, cabinets, windows, floors etc…
What are my options for funding my project?
There are several funding options available to you: Synchrony Financial offers a variety of loans for small to medium projects with a special financing promotion used for the purpose of the specific project. Some people will take a cash-out of a complete refinancing of their current mortgage. The simplest and quickest way, if possible, is to just pay cash. There are many financial institutions available to homeowners.
